The County of Bergen is distributing 25 pairs of free tickets to upcoming FIFA World Cup matches at New Jersey New York Stadium to Bergen County first responders.

These tickets are being made available through a generous partnership between Governor Mikie Sherrill, the FIFA World Cup 2026 New Jersey New York Host Committee, Choose New Jersey, and their corporate and community partners as part of a broader initiative to expand access to the tournament for New Jersey residents.

Ticket Date Selection Rules
The Official Bergen County First Responders 2026 FIFA World Cup Ticket Lottery will include a drawing for the following matches:

• June 27 – Panama vs. England (Group Stage)

• June 30 – Round of 32

• July 5 – Round of 16

Proof of Service Requirements
Only Bergen County residents who are active first responders serving a Bergen County municipality are eligible to participate. Applicants must both live in Bergen County and be employed by, or assigned to, a first responder agency within Bergen County.

Verification & Eligibility Review
All submissions will undergo an eligibility review. Only applicants whose residency and first responder status can be fully verified will be entered into the randomized ticket draw. Any incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable submissions will be removed from consideration.

Selection Process
Submitting this form does not guarantee tickets. Verified eligible applicants will be entered into a randomized draw for the available ticket pairs. Those entering the Official Bergen County First Responders 2026 FIFA World Cup Ticket Lottery must enter by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24. The draw will take place on Thursday, June 25. Winners will be notified directly using the contact information provided.

By entering this lottery, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that participation in this ticket distribution program is voluntary and provided as a courtesy by Bergen County. The County of Bergen makes no representations or warranties regarding the tickets, event access, or any associated activities. The applicant affirms that all information and documentation submitted are true, accurate, and complete. The applicant further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bergen County, its departments, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• The applicant’s participation in this program

• The accuracy or validity of any information or documentation submitted

• Any failure to meet eligibility requirements

• Use of the tickets or attendance at the event

Bergen County shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from or related to the applicant’s participation in the ticket draw, the selection process, or attendance at any FIFA World Cup event. The County reserves the right to verify eligibility, reject incomplete or inaccurate submissions, and modify or terminate the program at its discretion.
